Eco Silver Whale Tail Earrings.
These Whale Tail earrings have been individually handcrafted in Croyde, North Devon, from 'Silver Clay', a wonderful material made of tiny silver particles that have been recycled from the waste of the silver industry, which when fired become 99.99% pure solid silver.
Each whale tail has been formed by hand and measures 1.5cm long and 1.5cm wide.
They hang from handmade sterling silver ear wires made from recycled silver, and will arrive with you in a Recycled Wild Silver Jewellery box, safely packaged in 100% recycled, plastic free packaging.
The last photo's are the matching pendants which are also available on my website.
Whale Tails symbolises strength and power and protection, they hold special meaning to the Maori who see it as a symbol of the bond between man and animal. They also represent safe passage by water.
I plant a tree for every order placed!
Please have a look at my ‘about’ page for more details on silver clay and the processes involved in making each piece, as well as the Wild Silver Jewellery 'story' and the steps I take to minimise my environmental impact throughout jewellery making and distribution.
