Eco Silver Leaf Earrings.
 
These earrings have been individually handcrafted in Croyde, North Devon, from 'Silver Clay', a wonderful material made of tiny silver particles that have been recycled from the waste of the silver industry, which once fired become 99.99% pure solid silver.
 
The earrings have been formed by hand from silver clay using a real leaf skeleton to imprint the delicate leaf vein pattern onto the surface of the clay. They have then been coated with a patina which blackens the surface of the silver, before polishing the surface of the silver back to a silver finish, leaving the patina in the veins to accentuate them beautifully.
 
Each Leaf measures 2.1cm long and 1.1cm wide and hang from handmade sterling silver ear wires made from recycled silver, and will arrive with you in a Recycled Wild Silver Jewellery box, safely packaged in 100% recycled, plastic free packaging.
 
Leaves symbolise growth, rebirth, the circle of life and new beginnings. To give a leaf would be perfect for someone experiencing difficult times so that they can focus on their ability to flourish anew and to take strength from the natural dynamic cycles of life. They are also the perfect gift to wish someone the best when starting a new venture, or at the beginning of something new and exciting.
