Eco Friendly Medium Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Silver Pendant.
This pendant has been individually handcrafted in Croyde, North Devon from 'Silver Clay', a wonderful material made of tiny silver particles that have been recycled from the waste of the silver industry, which when fired become 99.99% pure solid silver.
The beautiful shape and texture of the Ginkgo leaf has been achieved by painting liquid silver clay onto a real ginkgo biloba leaf. Numerous layers of clay are built up over time before the pice is kiln fired, where the real leaf burns away leaving a perfect imprint of the leaf.
Each pendant has been made using an different leaf, no two pendants are the same and I have many different shapes and sizes to choose from. Please view each leaf available in the photo's, the sizes can be seen in the relevant dropdown box (the width is first followed by the height including the ring) and then select select your favourite!
I used the leaves from the Ginkgo leaf tree in the Churchyard of Georgeham church.
The Pendant is available either as a pendant alone, or strung on your choice of Sterling Silver Chain. It will arrive with you in a Recycled Wild Silver Jewellery box, safely packaged in 100% recycled, plastic free packaging.
