Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped within 24 hours wherever possible.

Each piece of jewellery is boxed and carefully wrapped and packaged in 100% recycled materials, please click here for more details on the packaging.

UK Delivery

I offer free delivery on all orders over £60

​

For all orders under £60, the delivery charge is £3.10

 

All UK orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail 'Signed for' service, which is expected to be with you in one working day. Please note this delivery estimate cannot be guaranteed.

​

If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please contact me first on 07920178214 to check that this is possible, and then select 'UK - Special Delivery' at the checkout. This service is £6.95, is guaranteed to be with you by 1pm the next day and is trackable.

Local collection is also available from Croyde or Putsborough, North Devon. Please contact me on 07920178214 to arrange and select 'Collection' at the checkout.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent using the Royal Mail 'Tracked and Signed' delivery service.

​

International delivery is £9.95 and is expected to be with you within 5 - 7 working days. Please note that this delivery aim is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your jewellery has been dispatched.

Returns

I hope you are very happy with your jewellery, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange it I will be more than happy to help. Please contact me here to arrange, before sending your jewellery back to me.

Returns must be made within 28 days, and your return will only be accepted if your jewellery is unworn, in the same condition it was received in and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty. I recommend that you use a Tracked service as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Please note that the original postage paid will not be reimbursed unless your item is faulty. Please also note that I cannot accept return of earrings for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, please attach a customs declaration form (CN22) to your parcel, and tick the 'returned goods' box, marking it with zero commercial value. This form can be found here or in your local post office.
